The service was excellent, the booking team member was extremely helpful (I apologise but I don't remember his name). Everything was explained and even with a couple of late changes nothing was difficult. Our driver Julyo was fantastic, arrived with perfect timing and was very professional and friendly. The whole experience from booking to end was great, I would definitely use this service again.
Highly recommend Empire Travel Group. Driver was polite, very helpful, punctual and professional. The car was immaculate. It was nice to treat myself to a touch of luxury when going out to a gala event.

The team did a spectacular job of transferring my bridal party and photographer to the ceremony and myself and my husband to our post ceremony location and reception.
